  • The centre claimed to be affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University (Tamil Nadu), Dravida University (Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh), Rastriya Vishwa Vidya Peetha (Mumbai), C.V. Raman University (Chhattisgarh), Board of Open Distance Learning (West Bengal), Global Open University (Nagaland), RKDF University (Kerala) and Northwest Accreditation Commission (USA).

Police said that Safia Banu has confessed that she, along with Ravikumar, would charge between Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 from each candidate to supply fake certificates, report cards and Ph.D certificates of prestigious educational institutions such as Madurai Kamaraj University, Dravidian University, Kuppam, Rashtriya Vidya Peeta (Mumbai), CV Raman University, Chhattisgarh, Board of Distance Learning, West Bengal, Global University, Nagaland, RKDF University, Kerala and other educational institutions. She would give students the certificates within 30 days.

 

RKDF caught on wrong foot

Indore : One student was searching for answers on his smart phone while others were copying directly from books. This was the scene during exams at Ram Krishna Dharmarth Foundation (RKDF) College here, on Friday.

Mass copying was underway during the exams, allegedly with due permission from the college authorities, when a group of National Students Union of India (NSUI) activists along with media persons thronged the campus and exposed the malpractice.

Seeing cameras rolling, the invigilator asked the examinees to throw books out of the exam room but it was too late for them to act. By that time, the NSUI activists had entered the room and the malpractice was caught in the cameras.
