Refunds

All sales and orders done on the website are final.

Any refunds would be processed only in cases where FACTS VERIFY has not been able to complete the verification for the applicant. In such cases of refund, FACTS VERIFY will notify the candidate in due course of time and would issue refund. FACTS VERIFY would issue refund either in the same mode of payment or Demand Draft in the name of the candidate mentioned at the time of order placement.

Fake Educational Certificate Racket Busted- Two Held – Seized Fake Educational Certificates Of Various Universities, Computer System, Printer, Scanner And Incriminating Documents. Hyderabad, April 6 (Maxim News): The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team on March 05, 2016 apprehended one person by name Smt. Afshan Siddiqui who is preparing fake Educational certificates of 1) Chhatrapathi Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur, 2) Barkathullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, 3) Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, 4) Maharani Rameshwari Ayurvedic College, Saramohanpura (Darbhonga) Bihar, 5) Jiwaji University, Gwalior, 6) Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, (U.P) and 7) Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, 8) Global Open University Nagaland etc and Fake Experience Certificates and providing them to the needy customers by collecting huge money. Seized Fake Educational certificates of above said Universities-(83), (1) Computer system, (1) Printer, (1) Scanner, (1) Laptop and (3) Cell phones and other incriminating documents from her possession, and also apprehended one beneficiary by name Mohd Aqeel Ahmed. ACCUSED: 1. Smt. Afshan Siddiqui W/o Mohd Afzal Mohiuddin, aged 38 yrs, Occ: Chief Organization Officer (C.O.O) at NCI college of Distance studies, Premises No.210, 2nd floor, City Tower, Nalgonda “X” road, Malakpet, Hyderabad, R/o H.No.15-2-38, Akbarbagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad. 2. Mohd Aqeel Ahmed S/o Mohd Aziz Ahmed, aged 24 yrs, Occ: Student, R/o H.No.17-8-329, Chowni Nadalibadi, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad. 3. Mohd Hayat Hussain, Owner of NCI college of Distance studies, premises No.210, 2nd floor, City Tower, Nalgonda “X” road, Malakpet, Hyderabad – Absconding. MODUS OPERNIDI: The accused Smt. Afshan Siddiqui is working NCI college of Distance studies, premises No.210, 2nd floor, City Tower, Nalgonda “X” road, Malakpet, Hyderabad as Chief Organization Officer (C.O.O) since 8 months. She along with her owner by name Mohd Hayat Hussain is indulging in preparing of fake educational certificates to the needy persons on the name of various universities i.e. 1) Chhatrapathi Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur, 2) Barkathullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, 3) Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, 4) Maharani Rameshwari Ayurvedic College, Saramohanpura,(Darbhonga) Bihar, 5) Jiwaji University, Gwalior, 6) Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, (U.P) and 7) Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, 8) Global Open University Nagaland and selling them on high price and earning easy money. Smt. Afshan Siddiqui and his owner Mohd Hayat Hussain with a mollified intention informing the needy persons that they having affiliation with the Global Open University and also other universities, made them to believe them and collected huge amounts i.e. For degree certificates Rs.40,000/-, for P.G. certificates Rs.45,000/- and conducting the examinations in their office premises to the persons and cheating them by issuing fake educational certificates and earning easy money. In the month of July-2015 one person by name Mohd Aqueel Ahmed approached them for fake BSc (IT) certificates for VISA Processing on old dates. For which they agreed and prepared the fake certificates i.e., B.sc (IT) and Migration certificates of MAHATMA GANDHI KASHI VIDYAPITH, VARANASI on the name of Mohd Aqeel Ahmed and while he was submitting the same to get VISA at US Consulate, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Police apprehended him. Basing on his confession we proceeded to NCI college of Distance studies, Premises No.210, 2nd floor, City Tower, Nalgonda “X” road, Malakpet, Hyderabad and apprehended the accused Smt. Afshan Siddiqui and seized Fake Educational certificates of various universities and other incriminating material from her possession. The accused persons along with seized property were handed over to SHO, Begumpet PS, for taking further necessary action. The arrests were made under the supervision of B. Limba Reddy, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, L. Raja Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police with the assistance of SIs V. Kishore, M. Prabhakar Reddy, P. Mallikarjun, L. Bhaskar Reddy and the staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
